One in a million.
Of my 4 years in high school, no other teach compares to Mr. Brothwell. Although I’ve let him down before, he still talks to me like I’m his close friend. My bond with him has gone as far as brothership. I will definitely miss him.
True Friends
High school’s about to end and I finally realized who my greatest friends are. In school, my Health Academy family. They’re the funniest group of people and definitely are always easy to talk to about anything. Out of school, the group I’ve been super close with sonce sophomore year but drifted and now all that’s left are the 5 of us. I love these guys to the death even though I don’t show it. I feel shitty always turning these guys down to hangout and make plans with them when some of them are busy but they always invite me regardless. And of course there’s a few guys I’ll always remember and I’m definitely thankful they’re still in my life after all the stupid shit I’ve done.
All these people I absolutely love are the one’s I want to be at the airport when I leave to Texas for training :)
Volleyball.
Most returning players, especially in varsity, don’t want to join because of the fee. Honestly, I can’t play at my best without my guys. Ever since I joined WITH THEM sophomore year, we grew as a team even though I was a level higher. They made the sport fun and frankly, it isn’t as fun as before but with them, I can’t stop enjoying my time on the court. The worst that’s happened was excessive pride made one or two of them think that they’re better than the others, and everything went downhill from there. I’m hoping all of them will stay on the team and work hard together through this upcoming season.
Every year during Christmas break I always miss the Philippines like crazy..so I’m making these! =)
